Had two Nathan’s on brioche buns with the classic sweet relish, ketchup, yellow mustard combo. I have an entire pack of ballpark franks and at least half a pack of quarter pound hebrew nationals so I’m gonna have to have some sort of cookout before a gig soon.

So good, my dude.  A decent level of spice but not a lot of heat unless you get the hot ones.  Kind of have an Eyetalian sausage flavor to them like fennel and sage.  They have a nice snap to them if you cook them properly.  I've found that the key with the veggie dogs is to fry the everloving hell out of them on high heat in a covered pan with just a little oil.  Keep rolling them around in the pan so they're evenly cooked and you're good to go.  They end up with the most realistic casing that way IMO.

Posting to say those Impossible/Beyond brats are best grilled but actually LOVE em in the oven. Air fryer and pan methods are so messy.
