I usually don't have much more to add than the average person, because I don't really know anything about criminal law, but it sounds like a pretty abstract case and that's usually not a good thing for a prosecutor in the world's dumbest country.

Also I don't want to be conflicted out when Sean finally hires me to sue all of you for your thousands of defamatory posts about him.

No cameras allowed in NYS courts, although I believe the judge can allow it on a per-case basis if they're inclined.
