ive had i think 3 red bulls in my life and i just do not see the point at all caffiene doesnt give me anything other than shaky hands and heighted anxiety at night and it tastes worse and costs more than soft drink

I've never had a single energy drink in my life. The smell alone makes me gag. This 100%. I drink 5oz of cold brew coffee in the morning, any more caffeine and Iβm not sleeping at a reasonable hour |

The amount of times I've had like 5 redbull vodka where they put the whole can upside-down and not thought about the fact alone I've drank 5 redbulls in a matter of 2 hours is terrifying

I admittedly really like redbull, but caffeine makes me sleepy so Iβm pretty sure when I do drink it, itβs a matter of ritual that is just placebo. When I take my vyvanse as soon as it hits i instantly get have to take a 30 minute nap, itβs straight up not optional. ADHD rules

I just don't drink enough caffeine to get the jitters, or have any withdrawals for that matter. Though I also think adhd makes most people pretty immune to even wanting to take too much caffeine because it either does nothing for you or it does nothing for you and now you have a panic attack and want to shit yourself. Not really an appealing sell so pretty easy not to abuse it when those are the two options.

I only consume coffee, espresso, and once in a while classic red bull. All other energy drinks are for white trash tweakers.
