Wearing a giant mascot head that limits your peripheral vision in a setting where your head needs to be on a swivel is moron behavior.
Furries should leave the suits at home if they're going to a non-furry-sanctioned event.
Suckerpunch haymakers like that are stupid.
Crowdkilling is fine when its the kind where its like a non-targeted backfist and/or the swings are kind of sandbagged. Not something where you're intentionally trying to hurt someone but they might just get a little owie instead.
Twitter and Reddit have given people the impression that hardcore is this fun inclusive space for everyone and the youts try to mold it into something its not. The reality is that while many people are welcoming, others are not and you need to develop something of a thick skin if you wanna keep attending shows. And keep your fuckin head down. wearing silly costumes is attention-seeking behavior and cringe.
Deathcore and all those kinds of bands that are basically Acacia Strain or Knocked Loose-lite are lame.

I don't see haymakers thrown at the local hardcore shows I go to. People were hitting each other with a boogie board at the Punitive Damage show a few months back and using it to launch themselves into the crowd which was pretty fun
