man kills neighbors over noise complaint

NEW YORK -- A father and son were allegedly shot dead by their downstairs neighbor in Brooklyn Sunday night.

The search is still on for the shooter.

The victim's family called the suspect psychotic, saying he would constantly complain about noise when they weren't making any. On Sunday, they say he confronted the family yet again, this time pulling out a gun.

"He killed my brother and my dad," the victim's daughter said.

I get so frustrated seeing grown men that have a whole family to protect still trying to play tough guy with strangers instead of protecting their family by de-escalating. Like you never have any idea if the guy next door is a murderer or not especially in neighborhoods like those, no one has any business going outside pointing blunt kitchen scissors at people trying to be a hard-rocking guy. Especially when you have a wife and child in your life. Already sad enough without knowing that son would still be alive if more people didn't feel all street and macho starting shit with unpredictable strangers.
