wen't to me and my nephews joint birthday lunch at this pizza place called skipolinis and got way too drunk. Now I'm just at work, sobering up (aka slow painful hangover) and I can't wait to get home and drink more to ease my pain.
The pizza was bad ass tho.

Was in Michigan last Zaturday hanging with in-laws, one of which is only 6 years older than me lol, and she showed me her technique for throwing costco pizza slices onto the frying pan upside down to crisp the cheese, then right side up to crisp the bottom. I think she's onto something.

wen't to a show yesterday then tried the new taco bell cheez-it tostada ( pizza adjacent - 6/10 - the cheez it becomes really soggy after like 5 minutes so its like a weird slop)
Now just chillin in bed

Doesn't the cheese stick to the pan though? Happy Zaturday! I would have thought so, but apparently the grease helps? You definitely don't want to walk away while doing this. Do multiple flips if necessary. This reminds me, truly grillable cheese, halloumi... has anyone ever had pizza made with halloumi? That would be potentially amazing texture-wise, though goat cheese on pizza isn't typical obviously. If you're like "what's halloumi?", you need to get this ASAP. You can literally grill the fuck out of this cheese without it melting. |
