And I guess in case the thread gets locked before I get around to expressing my appreciation in my own time, thank you to everyone who showed up and everyone that made this weekend possible. Thanks to Tony for having a dream, the courage to tell others and then call chili's to tell them too. Pete for collating participants, unassing a chunk of change on faith alone and going out of his way to make people feel a part of the group. Gracie for facilitating the logistics of pretty much everything, from where to stay, how to get there, getting a hold of people and making sure no one got too lost. Erik for making sure everyone was fed, looked after and had a place rock out. Alex for letting me hold his pocket. Everyone that thought they asked me a simple question and then sat through whatever rambling response you got instead. The hawaiian gardens for giving me a work related reason to get back to la. The 64 yo widow at the gardens that made sure to let me know she'd be there on sunday. The weather of buena park for being 70 and overcast every morning so I could go swimming without catching fire. Really just thanks to everyone that took the time and made it so worthwhile. Apologies to everyone I rambled at, the chili's waitress who got stiffed and still didn't get to go knott's, for snoring, letting sandcub come up with excuses and anyone's contributions I missed |

Just getting home and catching up.
6 hours at Knottβs wen't by so quick cuz it was non stop yap with the homies. Honestly I would have traveled just for the Chiliβs dinner, that shit was so tight. Every single person was so chill and friendly. It was like we all kinda knew each other without meeting in person. Highlight for me was finally confirming that Tim is the embodiment of his posts.
I would gladly do it again next year.
