I agree but does it doesn't seem to make a whole lot of sense to say Touche Amore is an amazingcore band. Also, every time I type "amazingcore" it feels like I'm taking hours off of my lifespan. |

Teenage me was way into this. MLIW was my favorite band for the longest time.
But this shit does not hold up at all. Probably havenβt listened to it in a decade.
I think i saw Ceremony live for the first time and gave up on it.
Couple notes:
Hope con and blacklisted, definitely not in this category.
Songs to scream at the sun, is absolutely in this category.
Last lights fucking ruled, rip Dom.
Iβd consider Comeback Kid in this category after Turn it Around. Idk what they sound like now though.
Growing up around the central mass, mvhc scene iβve seen defeater and the Carrier so many damn times. Never cried.
Guns Up!, No Warning, and Cruel Hand saved me from this.

Some of these bands are good, some of these bands are bad. I feel like thats pretty typical of hardcore sub genres.
I prefer this shit over the tough guy, bandana headband and sports jersey, lookin like a Temu suicidle Tendencies member, absolute dog shit butt rock hardcore thats popular right now.

Never heard their records and don't care, but I remember seeing Hope Conspiracy in 2000 and agree it wasn't the same thing. They also covered Naked Raygun.

Ok so have heart is amazing core because they have yelling and breakdowns...go it alone does not count. Defeater though because of wwii grandfather stuff and verse because they're like have heart but the og have heart demo sounds like mouthpiece so we must be talking songs to scream at the sun and on. Blacklisted might count here depending who you ask, maybe not enough breaking down or yelling...I'm yet to find out. Then you have defeater which kind of sounds like blacklisted at points but not really but if you asked some random music fan they would probably agree but I digress because amazingcore is for bands that yell and preachy stuff but talking heads don't count which would make sense no? Stop making sense! Go it alone doesn't sound like talking heads.

Okay, so it might be that Blacklisted and The Hope Conspiracy don't sound Christian enough to be amazingcore, but Verse and Have Heart sound too Christian to be anything but amazingcore.
