Oh it did destroy me. 60mg is an ideal dose for me when I have a pretty good tolerance going. I go in spurts. I haven’t smoked since July. Haven’t really had any desire to. Probably will when I go to Seattle in December

Next time you buy dense nuggs of fat buds, read the shit on the back. Labs have a 10-15% +/- potency variance. The potency results tend to be a lot higher than they really are. Most likely because It's still a business and grows/extraction labs can just take the same material somewhere else and get higher results. Its super naive to think that a fourth (or more) of your dense nuggs of fat buds is just thc. Point being, there's no way to know how much thc our working with / dose at home without testing.

Also, the fact that you said you're extracting a single gram makes me believe you're just making firecrackers, which is a waste and probably the hardest method as far as knowing the dosage. Thc decarbs at like 220 degrees, are you getting it that high?

That's fucking gnarly. I do bho extraction for a living, but I've been thinking about setting up a home extraction. I just don't have access to enough source material to make it worth it. Dude was smoking straight butane, even if he let it purge, there shouldn't be a significant amount of cannaboids leftover. That shit is trash at that point.

We would do this:

take a pan, put an inch or 2 of hot water in it, glass brownie tray floating on top.
put the bud in a turkey baster with a coffee filter on the fat end, poke some holes into it.
shoot the butane thru the small hole, as it drips out the coffee filter end.
wait for it to evaporate, scrape the oil off the glass.
smoke the oil, give the dense nuggs of fat buds to said friend.

do not do that. they were awful but that used to get me unbelievably high lol

I don’t live in a legal state nor do I even partake anymore.

I’d just bake at 320 degrees for 20 minutes. I started using quarter grams instead of whole grams. It became much more tolerable.
