Started the Sopranos for the first time a few days ago. Already on season 2. Tony's mom is such a bitch. I wish the Lord would take me now!

Started the Sopranos for the first time a few days ago. Already on season 2. Tony's mom is such a bitch. In between scenes, james Gandolfini would apologize profusely to nancy marchand cuz he was like "id never talk to my mother like this" and the actress thought that was very funny. In any scene in melfis office, if the camera is just on melfi, chances are james was making funny faces at her trying to get her to break.

Finished His Dark Materials last night and boy I am so happy with how they adapted the books. Nearly everything was exactly as I had imagined it and the ending was like reliving an old trauma.

Looking forward to see what else happens.

Nathan for you is one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to find out about it.

NFY rules, I was only lukewarm on The Rehearsal. After the first couple of episodes (which were great) it was just depressing.

Finished Cobra Kai season 5! That show continues to be highly ridiculous but HIGHLY enjoyable. I love it!
Started Wednesday and I dig it so far! It has a Harry Potter kinda feel but Jenna Ortega is excellent as Wednesday.

The first episode was exactly what I was looking for and then besides a few hilarious moments the rest of the season just felt like it came off the rails a bit.
I love Nathan Fielder so I have a lot of faith in season 2 being great, though.

honestly not sure if it's time for a DS9 rewatch but I watch just about any clip that pops up on youtube and a little while I ago I crushed through a few seasons of TNG. DS9 has a fair bit of filler (also didn't like the whole destiny/religious stuff with weyoun and the founders) but damn when it hits, it hits good. Garak (and the other Cardassians' arcs), Quark etc. So fuckin good.

Catch 22 on Hulu was awesome. I'm a huge fan of the movie and didn't expect much from the show but they nailed it.

Eh, I don't mind the Willow show. It's not the greatest thing I've ever seen, but I find it a decent way to kill an hour every week.
When it first aired I revisited the movie, which I probably hadn't seen since the 90s. I was kinda surprised at how often Warwick Davis gets manhandled in that flick, like he can't be in 3 shots without somebody knocking him on his ass.

Willow was a staple movie in my house growing up, so I held hope for the show but it is so disney-fied and bad. They really wen't out of their way to tailor it for gen Z.

The menu was lame. Anya Taylor-Joy was super annoying & maybe that was the point, oh look I’m so clever to play the game with chef. The hatred for s’mores was spot on. I’ll give the movie that.

I mean I think the point of her character was that sex workers and food service workers are treated similarly.

Late pass but I just started watching The Expanse and it is sooooo good. Binged eps 1-6 last night. best sci-fi show in recent years hands down. first few episodes are kind of rough but once the pace gets picked up it never seems to slow down. might have to do a rewatch soon. books are definitely worth checking out too.

Yeah I’ve heard that about the first few episodes but I enjoyed them. I’m currently midway through S2 and I’m definitely keen to check out the books.

I enjoyed Welcome to Chippendales. It's crazy that all of that drama happened surrounding something as famous as Chippendales, but I had never heard about any of it until this show.
