Thank god Jason isn't a PR agent for bands because I was led to believe this BI album was going to be top to bottom jazz and prog dogshit like an avant garde record, and really it's just slightly more prog more often. I def see how this will alienate some caveman only basement dwellers (again not Jason) but this is a lot less abrasive than I was expecting. There's def some clean tone prog and a few trad vocal parts I would never ask for on an album but the riffs are good.
