feel free to roast, but until this week i wasn't aware that i needed to heat up the tortillas you buy from the store. i just always assumed store bought tortillas tasted like ceiling tiles and avoided them. this past monday, i attempted grilling a flour tortilla on my gas range, and it was delicious. my life is a lie and my eyes have been opened.

a box of pop tarts is great for spending a weekend inside by yourself and not drippiniing. toaster strudels are more for when you want to run a bubble bath and light some candles before cranking one out.

oh hell yeah. i always give my tortillas a quick cook. usually just right over my gas stove flame on low. keep turning it for a minute, flip it, turn a few more times, shit is perfect.
