So this woman sent us a request for a wireless mouse and the justification was "when traveling i cannot have my scanner connected to my laptop at the same time as my mouse because there are not enough ports"
I messaged her and said "I just want to let you know that the wireless mouse uses the usb port as well so this will not fix your issue"
Her reply
"i dont know what this means i just want a wireless mouse for traveling"

My original airpods from 2016 worked up until this year. Now I just use cheap wireless ones. No complaints.
