Yeah I dunno about the name. At first I assumed they had to be actual Navajo but I looked at their band camp and it’s all a bunch of honkies. Apparently it’s a term for skin walkers. Seems like it might be problematic though. Who knows. As a Navajo man, I find it dumb as hell more so than problematic. I guess that means it's problematic!

new FKA Twigs record is very nice Can't wait to listen to this. I haven't been too into many 2019 albums. My top so far are the Blood Incantation and Restraining Orders LPs, which I am still kind of absorbing. Conmen, Alex Lahey, Death Worship, Dominant Force, Enzyme, Pissgrave, Westkust, Tomb Mold, and Waveshaper were all good for one or two listens, but none of them really stuck with me. I still have to give the Drab Majesty, Weyes Blood, and Fury albums a few more listens, but none of them were immediate hits for me. I did love some demos and EPs though: Loose Nukes VR Sex (I liked Horseplay way better than the album) Corvo Electric Chair Affront Blu Anxxiety The Stutter Mephitic Corpse

I would urge anyone into this to check these out : privateworld.bandcamp.com/Great punk/ Hardcore adjacent band from Cardiff, Wales doing a similair sort of thing FFO: Lloyd Cole and the Commotions, Talk Talk etc. Released a great EP and some singles this year with an LP on the way. They´re mega LMFAO so... This band I mentioned the other day have now sighned to DAIS RECORDS unreal!!! They just dropped a new single first LP due out 2020

I like that single. Will definitely be looking out for that LP next year.
Gang Starr - One of the Best to Do It is probably my rap album of the year. I'm old though so this is what rap is supposed to sound like to me.
