Jets players and coaches saying they knew everything the Lions were going to run based on players/formation in every situation.
A+ performance by Patricia.

That's more due to Jim Bob Cooter (real name of Lions OC) has a shitty scheme that has tells. If Theo Riddick is in the game its a pass. If they overload one side of the formation and isolate Marvin Jones on the other side, its a deep shot to Jones. If they bunch one side with Golden Tate in the slot, its a quick screen.

It was on both sides of the ball. I thought it was just on offense, my bad.

Yeah, they have a very predictable offense that mostly relies on Marvin/Golden/Kegz making plays. But the defense apparently showed everything pre-snap also.

I thought the Jets were toast after those two drives at the end of the first and the beginning of the second half that looked effortless for Stafford. Then the Jets answered with a TD drive and after that everything imploded for Detroit like I've never seen.

Why is fireman Ed at this game? Fuck him. yeah fuck that guy i though he wen't back to routing for miami I think it was like last year or the year before, the Jets actually brought him back for "fan morale", after he gave up his season tickets or whatever. I saw him at a game last year walking around and he looked really drunk/ sad to be there.

I think the Bills saw Darnold play and thought maybe they should give their rookie QB a go as well.

Bills rookie qbs usually play well vs the chargers so they’ll be fine.

I feel like they should have given Peterman one more start to see if he can look serviceable. I understand everyone wants to see Allen and the move is justified considering how putrid Peterman was last week, but that's a terrible offense to trot a rookie out with.

Yeah, Peterman is the worst starter in the league, but they're doing Allen zero favors here.

Yeah, I feel bad for Allen. I know they probably have to play him because Peterman is just sooooo sooo bad and it would look like they are just forfeiting the season if they kept playing Peterman, but long term that would be the better thing to do.

It would be rough for Bills fans, especially coming off the high of the first playoff appearance in decades.

They could trade for a stop gap qb to help the young guy progress into a starter. Maybe Tyrod Taylor

He wouldn't get the current roster close to the playoffs. Peterman is not an NFL QB but the talent level of the Bills roster is absolutely putrid.

And they were out scored by opponents by like over 50 last year which ranked in the 20s for the league. Most likely weren’t getting near where they were even if everything stayed the same

Most of the reason they made the playoffs last year was because they had a QB who didn't turn the ball over. Which is obviously not the case now.

And Alabama fans weren't exactly sad to see Brian Daboll leave. He is in over his head.

Yeah they did. Glenn, Wood, and Incognito. The fact that they're starting Vlad Ducasse at LG is tragic because he was putrid on the Jets even as a backup. They basically made the playoffs last year on a technicality. The Chargers would have gotten in based on head-to-head wins but because Baltimore also finished 9-7 they win the tie-breaker over LAC because of conference games and Baltimore because of strength of victory.

This game being exclusively on NFL Network is pretty stupid.
