Adam Cole definitely needs to hit chest and biceps more like every other wrestler does, but c'mon, Booker T is fucking joke. This is the dude who said Cole was the next Shawn Michaels and future Wrestlemania Main Eventer 2 months before he jumped to AEW and all of a sudden he's burying him just because he doesn't work for Vince anymore. is there a history of hate for zsj in this thread? ive never really disliked him in ring. thought he can be a bit cringe outside of the ring but who really isnt these days but ive enjoyed watching him go from noah to growing up thru japan having cool matches in a lot of places. think the dude actually turns up in most big spots he gets put in and brings a totally different style of big match

And again when it comes to Adam cole, if he had the skills and offense of someone like dragon or a misterio, the suspension of disbelief would be easier. The bare minimum requirement of wrestling is you need to look like you can beat someone up. Some people can get away with not being physically gifted if their persona or wrestling style makes up for it. Adam Cole doesn’t even look like he works out and is pale as shit. ECW Steve Corino is my baseline for how a wrestler should look and Adam Cole is below that.

That NXT style really fucked Cole up. Pretending every big match is Taker vs. HBK at mania with the finisher overkill but when your finisher isn't nearly as protected or established it's just silly. Also working a main event heavyweight style when you're not a heavyweight as everyone's saying. If he's working someone who can break him out of the formula, he's good. And people love saying "BAYBAY" and "BOOM" so he's gonna stay over forever.
ZSJ rules, I really hope Danielson can go and works him at Forbidden Door, sounds like he can as they're advertising him to return on Dynamite and talk about it.
