Cassidy putting his sunglasses on Shibata was amazing, Idk if anyone could tell but Shibata was nervous a little and it was beautiful. I wonder what happens from all of this, the forbidden door might be closed but TK is still rich enough to do shit like fly Shibata out from Japan to U.S. anytime he wants so I hope we see more big time matches through out the year. And maybe God loves me and I'll get to see Shibata in NYC this year idk Shibata is the main trainer at the LA Dojo so he might not even need to be flown in from Japan but this is like, the 4th time he's gotten physical (3rd time within a year) since 2017 so who knows. Idk if it was confirmed by anyone but there were rumblings for a while now that he's put on full matches at the Dojo with ease. This could very well be NJPW setting up Shibata vs Ospreay or it was just booked like that to give the fans a memorable moment. Not sure we'll know until the next time we see Shibata. |
