MMA fighters coming into pro wrestling is legitimately the most badass thing in the world. Remember Pancrase Hybrid wrestling? Steve Blackman literally made JBL cry and had him begging for mercy to spare his life. Kazushi Sakuraba, Minoru Suzuki just to name a few great hybrids. Jake Hager is a better pro wrestler than MMA fighter, he's really awful but I give him respect for being in that category of hybrid wrestler. youre smoking on some serious gas to put sakuraba in that list of ppl who've done both when he absolutely fucking honks at pro wrestling and not shibata tsk tsk tsk bro takayama? aoki? fujita? funaki? ogawa? but we're talking SAKU?! |

do believe kushida also is a hell of a grappler. could just be stories to make him look good but i wanna say even saku thought he could be a legend in jmma if he wanted but he chose pro wrestling instead

Prime Fedor too! Yeah I love that moment. Got closer than even Randleman to beating Fedor, if it wasn’t for Fedor’s Sambo grip, Kaz would have statues of himself built in Japan. I’m amazed he can still go too, he’s decent in NOAH.
