Nobody has disputed that he’s acted shitty but you’re all basing your apinions on your system. Like I’ve said, here you finish your formal education, can start full time employment, join the army, etc at 16. Nobody would dispute that it’s gross but 16 year olds aren’t really treated as children here.

I’ve tried to find the original accusation and I’ve stumbled across a couple of Reddit threads where yanks are quick to call him a nonce and then the Brits are saying it’s not as simple as that. You’ve all assumed that he knew how old the girl was, groomed her then raped her. He’s come out since and said that he through the she was 18 and believed it all to be consensual.

Does he come across shitty for this? Yes but do I think he deserves the label of nonce and have his life ruined? Not at all.

10th January 2015. IPWUK were running their "Weekend of Champions" event in Tonbridge.

Years ago there was a group in Ontario that was trying to get it down to 14. I belonged to a church that fought against it and tried to get the age of consent to 18. That church had many things wrong with it, but that wasn't one of them.
