I really hope they just do a complete reset like how WCW did. Give Pete Dunne his name back, thrash the 24/7 title, and generally get rid of all the goofy shit that Vince and Pritchard implemented.
I havenโt been this genuinely excited for a WWE production since Danielson came back to wrestle. With that said my expectations are high so I know theyโre going to fumble this lol

The Roman Reigns vs Jey Uso storyline started out so good but WWE dropped the ball. They also fucked it up with Kofi. It never ceases to amaze me how many underutilized talented performers they have under their roster just just sitting around having their prime years wasted.
One of the things WWE needs to do is hire some competent writers. American wrestling without a good storyline just don't hit the same.

No so apparently the stock shot up because Vince out and Nick Khan in as CEO more or less has investors believing a sale is imminent. Not sure how true that is but the company is no longer Vinceโs baby and the longer things go on without him it becomes a reminder that he canโt even come back to his own company. Heโs gonna sell sooner now than he would have before

Akira and MM3 put on a classic last night. It was a deathmatch but all the was second to the wrestling. Great story telling, great technical chain wrestling. So impressed. Feel like Akira leveled up huge. It's honestly a DM I'd tell people who don't respect it too watch. Also Kasey Kirk is a bad ass bitch, her match with Eric Ryan was nuts. That's a match I wouldn't recommend because optics haha. Kasey Kirk is taking the American Deathmatch title. Hell of a run. JWM came out in a GCW shirt hahaha. Crowd wasn't happy. Him and Demanto put on a classic. Commentary burying Ian Rotten and Brett was hilarious. I love ICW. Akira and Drew Parker are the top DM guys right now because they're hybrid wrestlers who incorporate both styles into their matches. Thanks for always updating us on ICW cause I get set back with all the shows lol I'm still watching NHB 27 Haha my pleasure. Very stoked to see Akira live in a couple weeks. Totally agree about Parker too. I really want to see Akira in Japan for a bit. Legit that match Saturday, I'm recommending to so many people haha |
