C'mon, that Punk/Mox match wasn't even a worked shoot, just a work. Punk isn't really hurt or leaving the company, had to make the interim belt legit and probably knew the crowd would cheer Mox over him so using this as a heel turn. I guess it works that people are speculating that he's leaving the company though. Eddie Kingston RULES, but if Eddie and Sammy have problems, you fire Sammy and push Eddie. Eddie recently said he fucking hated wrestling/doing promos with Jericho and I figured he was working but apparently he's not. this twitter thread rocks, eddie's the best |

The whole Warner/Discovery merger has so many similarities to the AOL/Time Warner fiasco that was WCWβs undoing. With the way the gutting HBOMAX I donβt see why they wouldnβt try and cancel AEW to save money

Nah, there's not really a similarity. Turner actually owned WCW and would contract talent directly to Warner. Kevin Nash, Hogan, Goldberg etc were not under contract to WCW, they were to Warner. The Khan's own AEW, the talent is AEW talent, etc. It's not a money drain for Warner like WCW was, all the money is the Khan's. And it's the only number one show they have, they'll probably give the Khan's a HUUUUUGE contract coming up. It's almost a sure thing at this point, AEW has been planning for it.
Edit: so the Kingston/Sammy thing is real. Sammy called King a 'fat piece of shit' and Kingston thought that was stupid because if Sammy beats him, he just beat a fat piece of shit and if Eddie wins, a fat piece of shit just beat you. Wrestling 101. So King pie faced the bitch. King is 100% in the right. Apparently too Scorpio Sky and Ethan Page wanted to beat the shit out of Sammy too and Kingston requested to work with him just to beat his ass. Got to ask yourself, is Sammy really ever gonna draw?
