iron claw was pretty decent. theatre was packed, i was surprised to say the least. we deserve more wrestling movies. but god, how awful was that portrayal of ric flair? utter dogshit. they shoulda had jay lethal overdub that actor. |

in all honesty (*and prob already mentioned), will ferrell as ashley schafer in eastbound and down is the superior take on a ric flair impression.
my other criticisms:
jeremy allen white as kerry is an awkward choice, considering kerry was at least six feet tall, and jeremy is a pretty small dude.
not enough emphasis on how kerry was the real superstar of the family, which tracks bc kevin is the only living one, so it is his story.

I think that ric flair impression maybe wouldnβt have been so bad if he slowed the dialogue down to about half speed. Never seen flair talk that fast.
Decent Harley race casting though.

Also more likely Tony Khan gave her a blank check. I do not know that she's that much of a draw but I guess you never know. No one in WWE is a draw because the brand draws so it's really a crap shoot.

He hadn't wrestled since June so could be mental health break or could have been something else healthwise. Regardless that's still way too young, sad to see anyone go that young. Had mostly only seen clips of his stuff rather than a tonne of matches but his trolling of EC3 and Aries was absolutely hilarious. RIP |

I'm going to this pay-per-view with my brother tonight and I literally want to strangle him. He's such a cheap fuck. I cannot believe him. He I told him that I do not want to go to the shit. I there's no fucking way in hell that I will be watching the AEW pay-per-view in person. So long story short, over the goddamn next couple months he breaks me down to the point that I tell him fine. That'll be our fucking Christmas present to each other. I'll go to this goddamn pay-per-view with you but here's the gimmick I don't want to sit in the nosebleeds because this shit is not fun for me. I hate AEW bro. I will sit close and it will be more enjoyable and since it's AEW we can actually afford to do it. So he says okay. So then it comes time to buy tickets. The other day and decent tickets are $130 and he fucking starts him and horning and and and and bulking at the price. He doesn't want to pay over $50 with tax so I'm sitting up in the fucking nosebleeds. I'm so mad. I'm so mad. I'm so mad. I don't want to go at all. I I don't want him to have to go by himself but he's such a piece of shit. I spoke this by the way into my phone. Fuck you guys
