Can someone explain to me what is the difference between finishing your check and interference? Seems like the former is the latter but only sometimes does it get called as interference. are you referring to the trouba hit where he made absolutely zero effort to play the puck? cause that was definitely interference and he is a moron That is what sparked the question. I'm not mad about the penalty because I agree, it was a dumb play by Trouba. It just seems like it's not really called consistently. We sometimes see guys below the goal line get hit like 3 seconds after passing the puck and we call that "finishing your check" and I'm not sure why that isn't interference. |

yeah every report i’ve seen/heard prior to neelys statement was that swayman wanted 8 years and the bruins weren’t offering it
sucks if you’re a bruins fan, but i personally find much joy in this since jeremy jacobs is solely responsible for the celery cap and after years and years of the bruins core taking discounts and the bruins having “their own internal celery cap structure” the chickens are finally home to roost

Right, I'm inclined to side with the agent/Swayman here and believe this is the first they've heard of an 8x8 when the previous offer was like $6M. Who knows. This is the same agent that both Nylander and Gaudreau had to go over his head to get their deals done. Couple reports saying the Bruins biggest offer was 62 million so far. Someone’s lying. It’s illegal for an agent to withhold offer from their clients |
