ESPN's coverage being unwatchable on it's own is compounded by the direct contrast with Inside the NBA which covers the same product and is the best analysis show is pro spots.

It’s cause TNT just broadcast games and there’s no broader STORY NARRATIVE. It’s just a bunch of hard-rocking dudes who are really good at basketball (and Kenny Smith) that analyze the game in front of them without having to placate people like Stephen A Smith.

DSPN decided to move in to weird amazon marketplace phase when they cut talent and producers to pay sas and mcafee to market themselves on their channel. Louis Riddick did a really telling interview where he was talking about talent competing for showcase as basically a way to get air time for personal branding, which as a byproduct leads to a couple people hustling to give insight and the rest of the high rotation just spitting what the producer wants for cheap heat/engagement. Honestly a pretty good case study for enshittification of a platform in real time... |

Pacers looked completely out of their element.
Bucks should be able to ride 30-40 PPG from Dame until Giannis gets back, at least until the second round.

That Thunder/NOLA game was weird because BOTH teams shot like absolute shit. We were shaky first quarter for sure, you could tell a lot of guys were nervous whether they would admit that or not. I fully expect an answer from both teams next game. No chance we are that bad on the glass twice.
