started mahomes over brady today and am feeling great To go back to my point about drafting two QBs, in my home league I drafted Brees first and then Mahomes. One of those dudes is getting traded for a real nice return at some point this year (barring injury), so the anti-two QB dudes can continue to suck it from the back. |

Won $10 in my first time playing DFS. Stacked Watson, Hopkins, and Fuller. Got some nice points out of Clement and Coleman too. Only bad picks were Cobb (picked him over Watkins in the last minute) and NE defense.

Gordon to the Pats. Pretty excited about the fantasy potential there, but I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much. Fortunately I'm pretty stacked at WR in the OBILL with A. Brown, D. Adams, K. Cole, and Q. Enunwa. If Gordon ends up putting on a show with the Pats that'll just be a nice added bonus.

0.5ppr, who would you start between Tevin Coleman and Latavius Murray?
Murray's matchup is too good and there will be no competition for carries and the Vikings should give him the ball a ton assuming they get to an early lead. But benching Coleman (with no threat of Freeman) in a 0.5ppr league for Murray seems really dumb.

I made that post in the first quarter after he only had only 3-4 carries. But he still had the same number of carries as Blount, who had half as many yards. Hopefully that will start shifting in his favor soon though because I legitimately think he has the skillset to be an RB1 in fantasy football if used correctly. And the run blocking looked great last night, so it's not like he is running behind a terrible line or anything. But it's really annoying that I can't really feel comfortable starting him, especially with Mixon out for another couple of weeks and Ingram still suspended. Fortunately Conner has been great so far and Lamar Miller has been a serviceable RB2. Word is Steelers are considering shopping Bell around, which would be great as a Conner owner, and would likely be great for Bell owners too. |
