Depends, do I have access to a sous-code/thermocirculator? you do Sous-vide at 60 Celsius with whiskey, apple butter, thyme, garlic sage and a lil lemon juice for 4 hours, pan sear each side, bake to preferred cuisson (I prefer it a lil rosy myself) and then make a dope sauce with the juice from the bag

my sister gave me a bamboo steamer basket for christmas, whats the first thing i should make in it 1) whatever you make be sure to line the bottom with parchment paper otherwise shit will stick 2) before making ANYTHING soak that fucker in warm water for like 3-4 hours otherwise what you make will taste chemical-y 3) hard to go wrong with steamed bao my man! Shit is delicious and super versatile

I started salivating as soon as I saw this, but unfortunately the shop didn’t have veal shank or a suitable alternative, and I didn’t have time to drive all over town. I ended up with some very nice looking wagyu bavette which I’m pan searing with chimichurri, duck fat roasted potatoes, and an arugula salad with orange blossom honey goat cheese, mandarins, and toasted almonds. Can’t wait to do that osso bucco next time. That sounds fuckin incredible! Mrs Meatball is one lucky-ass lady :) you got this my man

patdog i bought curry powder but i forgot why. what should i do with it i also have green lentils will that help idk what to do with those either Soak the lentils overnight in water, which should soften em up. Sautee said lentils with onions and garlic in canola oil. When fragrant, add in the curry powder and cook til fragrant. Then add a diced tomato (fresh or bust), add coconut milk and reduce that down. At this point the lentils should be nice n soft. If not keep adding coconut milk and reducing it down til they’re soft. Then at the very end off heat add a pad o butter and emulsify that shit in there. Two birds one stone and you get a bangin side dish that will freeze well. Edit I dunno what’s in this curry powder but you can adjust seasoning to your taste. Cumin? Chuck er in at the same time. Masala? Chuck er in. Cayenne? Fuck yeah. Letcher heart sing
