I keep thinking about how one joke (or whatever) has just fucked this whole thing up for so many people. Like I have mates who were meant to be on that Irish tour, like it absolutely fucking sucks. The only take away I have about 'cancel culture' is how fuckin uneven it is. Like if everyone was held to the same o-count, then fine, but it's 100% not and we all know it. Im with haydog on the front that i cant imagine what post-war trauma does to a mf, and im not sure i have the right to step on what anybodys gotta say about that, even if i think its unsavory.
That being said, i also purposefully never put myself into a situation where conscionably murdering people is a part of my life so i dont really empathize
