This new ep by Intercom is sick as hell. Hardcore punk, you got some d-beat parts, some bouncy parts kinda like s.h.i.t. (by way of destino final/invasión), some cool mosh parts. I'm also really enjoying this new demo by Dark Uniform. Idk what it is exactly but it gives me kind of an aughts era hardcore vibe. Like I could imagine seeing em on a show with lights out and then a few years later tui. Not just a throwback sound though, it stands out on its own. Again more of a noticeable punk influence rather than metalcore or anything like that. 

Also, not hardcore, but the new Criminal just dropped and is of course, a masterpiece. 100% oi! but still existing outside of any genre constraints. The type of singular greatness we as listeners rarely get to hear these days. So sick it's crazy.

This is super good. I like the singer's vocals, which usually make or break so many bands for me. Reminds me of Mindforce with better breakdowns.

The last revival of party trash had way uglier dudes doin it with lyrical content that was a little too on the nose. And the current wave has more bounce to it. I’d watch any of these bands play but it doesn’t do much for me on record.
