AEW sucks and it fell off, why even bother trying to explain it or break it down. HOOK/Joe was awesome, the problem is that was ONE match. Everyone else on the both shows isn't really doing shit. When I said Tony Khan should do deathmatches every week on TV to put butts in the seats everyone thought I was crazy. If you want to beat WWE there is only one way, you need to go extreme. AEW is NEVER consistent, period.

im going to a buddy's tonight who i havent hung out with in years to watch the Rumble because he's become a returning fan and has wrestling on his sports package. I turned on Smackdown and AEW last night to see what's going on and im sorry but both shows were incredibly cringey and im glad my girlfriend wasnt home to see me watching that cartoonish shit

am i just so far down the hole of being a weaboo smark? like i just watched Takayama vs Nakanishi from a 2002 show and it was a smash n bang fuck-fest, it ruled but turning on any american stuff just makes me want to hide away and deny i ever liked this

I don't watch much WWE at this point, I always catch a promo or two on youtube. I feel like WWE has been leaning on a lot of shoot promos in the advent of AEW and I'm just not feelin it. Becky Lynch cutting a promo on Nia Jax about how no one likes her because she's injured half of them just feels cheap.

Good chance Bruce is gone soon I think. If you look at the lawsuit, "Executive Number One" would be HHH. He's the only one who was a board member during the abuse, then wasn't anymore after the merger but remained in a higher up executive role. Literally the only person who fits that bill. The Rock really is going to end up running the company with Brian Gewitz.

no i basically have felt this way since 2010 when kev hare showed me puro. i obviously enjoyed pwg during that brief run it had but ive never gone back to watch a lick of it but i can find myself digging thru early all japan, early noah, certain runs of guys and just always back to it because its straight up just the fucking sport of it man. i could watch takayama v kobashi 1000 times in a row before ever thinking of watching an aew womans match or watch that goofball wardlow do anything man
