Oh yeah the man is done, his body is absolutely cooked. And with him being president I'm sure he'll still make appearances and stuff so that's good at least. I'll still probably cry at his retirement ceremony though haha

I've seen Hatebreed only once and it was one of the funnest show I've been to. Huge circle pit that was taking out dudes(and dudettes) left and right. I haven't kept up but was surprised to see that Jamey Jasta grew his hair out.

Monty Brown is a major"What If?" guy for me. I think TNA should have at least tried him on top. Have to respect his reasons for leaving though.

Hell yeah I'm watching that later. Reminds me of a Goldberg spear compilation I saw, an absolute blast to watch. Brown and Chris Harris both seemed like they had a tonne of potential and just never worked out for various reasons.

I was watching TNA in real time the first few years and there were a few guys who seemed like prospects. Hell, once you get past the main event, there's a lot of good stuff going on. This Adam Cole promo fuckin stinks. The premise doesn't make much sense but that's understandable cos they changed up and that was the better move but the promo itself is bad. Plus I don't wanna be that guy but Cole coulda hit the gym in his year off. 2012 Cole seemed like such a hot prospect and he just hasn't really seemed to have improved or changed up much since.
Shelton vs Lio was real cool. Crowd was really into Shelton and seeing him monster Rush around was very fun. I love that hard buckle Lio takes, it's absolutely brutal looking.

i passed on bringing over the abdullah vinyl figure a few years back and while it was the right choice for business now i don't have one so that sucks
still have misawas and brodys around here smh

The guy has been out injured for like a year and this was the last program he was involved in. You want them to just drop it entirely? That would also suck dick. Adam Cole just walking around pretending MJF didn't dick kick him and send him packing a few months ago... it would be stupid! The promo wasn't bad but the crowd clearly didnt know what to do with it. They didnt BOO him but they also didnt really cheer him and it didnt help that MJF comes on screen and basically cuts a babyface promo but like an asshole. But like... everything he said was TRUE. Cole DID fuck him over and MJF SHOULD hate him for it and should deny Cole whatever he wants out of this situation. But MJF came back and clearly positioned himself as a heel so you can't very well turn him BACK babyface just to make this program make sense. Just get it over with at Full Gear and move on would be my hope. |
