My favorite commute is wfh days where I go drop off my kid then turn around and go home to become feral again

iβm still fully wfh but I just overheard a conversation yesterday about tues - thurs being insane specifically because of people having to do 3 days in office
played at Preserving Underground outside Pittsburgh last night. sick ass old church converted into three differently sized venues with a record store and a crazy airbnb at the top which we got to crash at. insanely cool shit

only other time Iβve been there was for Migration Fest at Mr Smalls which was also in a giant old church. the kitchen was slangin burgers the whole weekend and the entire place was filled with smoke and grease

Takes me a good hour before I zonk out. If I pass out as soon as my head hits the pillow I will definitely wake up in middle of the night then toss and turn for an hour.

I cycle through melatonin. Use it for a while until it stops working. Iβve actually had some luck recently with kids melatonin chewable. Has valerian I think too.
I read something about a low dose of melatonin working better and it seems to be true so far.
