I have a cinnamon roll pancake tasty clip, "how to cook perfect potatoes" clip, and a how to make a cutting board that fits over your stove to increase counter space clip.

I use Seriouseats.com for recipes. the food lab section is awesome especially if you like to science up your cooking.
Bon Appetite does really good recipe videos on youtube. and vice/munchies does some good ones too.

there's really no comparison. My grandmother in vermont used to send us a giant block of Cabot and a gas can sized container of maple syrup every christmas when I was a kid.
