What was the first game yall ever wen't to? Mine was, i think, the 98 mls final at the rose bowl between dc and chicago. My brother wouldnt start taking me to galacy games until 02. I wen't to some Hampton Roads Mariners matches back in the day (RIP in peace). There stadium was one of the earliest soccer specific stadiums in the country from what I remember. First MLS match was the 2007 MLS Cup Final in DC, Jimmy Eat World played the halftime show. Lol. |

Not counting watching college games because they were awful (although usmnt legend Sean Johnson was the goalie) first real match was the 2013 usl championship. Big 7-4 home win with walking around on the field (pitch to non colonials) after.
Also Paqueta about to get a one way ticket to Saudi.

Direct me to a fun EPL club to follow. I don't wanna do either Manchester club, or Arsenal. Have a friend that's an Everton fan and that seems like a miserable exitence (most of my favorite sports teams already are don't need another), and an Aston Villa fan that seems okay. Used to think West Ham was cool because the hammers. supporting Everton is sometimes not that miserable |

Pretty sure the first game I wen't to was Barca-Real Betis circa 2007. If I ever wen't to a Metros game I don't remember it. One of their defenders lived around the corner from me growing up, I can't remember his name but I do remember throwing out his autograph.

My first game was in maybe 87/88. No recollection who we played. My primary school, in Shepherds Bush, used to get given free tix by the club. Back when football was more of a community thing. It obviously worked. 35 plus years later still a fan. How times have changed.

Erble is a very good director and Bayern need a stable coach to be able to create an actual club culture that theyve lost over the past three years. Tuchel never really set his system through and the players seemed to fight him (at least in germany, he is known as a bit of a dickhead). I dont know much about Kompany or Burnley, but my guess is they looked at people like Alonso and Arteta and are hoping he's in the same vein. If they give him time, it might not be terrible.
