K, so: we actually first met 5 years ago and hit it off. Unfortunately due to our mutual instability we decided to prematurely cut stuff off (which was a good call, I had a lot of work to do). I didn’t see her again until a month after my ex died, which was real emotionally charged… we ended up drunkenly making out and I hated myself for a while and fell into a cocaine hole. Fast forward 2 years later (ie a month ago) she finds me on okcupid and messages me and we start hanging out again. It goes bizarrely well and has since. Todays her birthday and she invited me to spend it with her.

So on our first hookup many years ago, she (also being a cook at the time) had made noise about needing sharpies for work, so the next day I left 3-4 sharpies in her mailbox along with some cookies I’d made (which was a well-received gesture at the time). So obviously today I just bought a fresh pack of sharpies and plan on baking a batch of cookies at work.
