So Vince's investment in the XFL is $500m. Thanks to the new TV deals he's not fucked if this fails but we'll probably see a lot more "sketchy government funds network special" events if it does.

Kenou and Takashi Sugiura beat the fonking piss out of each other at 06.26
The structure was just clunky and off a beat the whole time but those two, especially Kenou got REAL spicy. There's no way Kenou didnt suffer a concussion after that one.

so the ceo x njpw show has been comically bad so far. The first match featured a registered sex offender vs a woman beater, and the second featured a terrible open challenge where evil Japanese guy Michael Nakazawa wrestled the injured head of the convention. Fucking awful.
Meanwhile, Bully Ray is wrestling Flip Gordon at the exact same time, so wrestling has truly died tonight.

Ok so I'm doing a 2000s project and watching a lot of stuff from all over. So far, CMLL is the standout, with tons of blood feuds and just good stuff happening all of the time.
Minus the blood, it kind of feels like we are getting to that point right now, too, with Park vs. Rush and now both Lucha Bros being in.
