Sort of ironic, for being regarded as one of those accent-less or "broadcast accent" places, Ohio fucks up so much pronunciation. The elementary school I wen't to was called "Buena Vista", and there was a big public park of the same name a few miles away. In both instances, the "Buena" is pronounced "Byoona". Byoona Vista.
