OSINT on Twitter is getting muddy with the hospital drone strike. It’s getting harder to discern propaganda from legit information right now. It’s worse than the Ukraine conflict. Everything looks really bleak right now. Have to take anything those accounts say with a grain of salt, same goes for War Monitor. |

yeah, not really sure we're gonna get a clear answer, maybe ever.
we do know
1) Israel has hit hospitals before, many times.
2) Hamas doesn't care about Palestinian casualties and they also love shooting tons of shitty rockets in the air.
Looking at the damage to the parking lot where it hit, I dunno that doesn't seem like something a dedicated IDF missile or whatever would do, it does look pretty minor- but, I've seen a bunch of videos claiming to show the failed rocket striking the hospital but I'm not entirely convinced those are accurate either and might be footage of somewhere else.
So yeah, an absolute mess.

It's crazy to see how information warfare is essentially the same after 100 years. You'd think with all the surveillance and access to information that we have, it'd be pretty fucking easy to refute whether or not it was a Hamas misfire or an Israeli plane, but if anything I feel it's more difficult and more distrust. I think IF Hamas was responsible for the blast at the hospital, they weren't firing at the hospital obviously, they were firing across the border, and the rocket failed and fell short. IF Hamas did indeed accidentally bomb the hospital, they would certainly never admit it, and could easily blame it on Israeli bombardment, considering they are heavily bombarding Gaza as we speak. IF Israel did, whether advertently (either to kill Hamas members in and around the hospital, or simply to terrorize the Gazans) or inadvertently bomb the hospital, it would obviously benefit them to concoct a narrative that it was a Hamas misfire. However we have the countervailing evidence that they have done this many times before and it's part of their playbook when attacking and murdering civilians. I think the more Hamas can paint Israel as evil on the national stage, the louder the cries of condemnation will be from other Arab nations surrounding Israel and from the international which weakens Israel and the west. Just like Israel was pushing the "baby beheading" narrative, Hamas would be wise to paint any of its own misfires as Israeli propaganda. |

let my preface this by saying that i'm not trying to start shit, just asking a genuine question. if israel is committing a mass genocide of palestinians how would they o-count for the two million palestinians that are israeli citizens? are they to be genocided at a later date?

Israel wants the Gaza Strip, not to kill Palestinians. The US would give them the green light but there's too much pressure on the world stage and we aren't the global superpower we were 20 years ago (thank god) due to too many failed conquests.
They can't do a ground invasion without US support and we're too afraid of a war with Iran, rightfully so, for it to be worth our time. Israel was our chance for a stronghold in the Middle East and we blew it. Without western intervention, they'll either incinerate themselves with nukes or back down to a two state solution, inshallah.

Ethnic cleansing relates to the possession of land. Culture and self-determination are built off the land. How can you have a state with a Jewish identity? It should be a state with a multi-ethnic identity. Otherwise, Zionism will continue to drive Palestinians off the land in the act of ethnic cleansing. Israel will go the way of Rhodesia.
