I foresee two scenarios and only two scenarios:
One of these judges finally rules against Trump being on the ballot in a state (probably GA) and Trump's lawyers try to push through the appeal process ahead of the election. It doesn't work and Trump stirs up another vague Jan. 6th rallying cry for his special forces cosplay base. It changes nothing, Trump is exempt from earning electoral college votes in GA and loses in 2024.
OR...
Nothing happens, the election happens as usual, Dems eek out a victory by literally hundreds of thousands of votes this time and we get 2020 all over again with "election was rigged, they're stealing your country from you! Rise up!" bullshit.
Either way, we get another January 6th caliber event.
