from what ive read about costco throughout the years is that they are a legit big business and owner really cares about their employees a lot. its just that a good amount of their clientele are straight up rude muchachos my brother works for Costco. Started as a cart pusher and now works in accounting at corporate and has never had anything but good things to say about the company. With hot dogs, pizza and fro-yo that cheap, what's there to complain about? |

I think it most likely has to do with Flynn. Fox and Trumpland has had a boner about his "exoneration" since they announced the DOJ was dropping the case. They truly believe everyone in the Obama administration is going to get arrested.

So far I don’t think think there’s any stimuli really in the works. The way the White House is talking about covid seems like they feel it’s basically over. I’d be shocked if they gave out more money seeing that’d be an admission we’re still fucked and going to be be fucked for a while.

Ideally they want to just "open up" and have us all back at work so they don't have to worry about a stimulus for workers. Can't wait to for us all to internalize the guilt of ongoing mass death.

It'll probably happen without a hitch too. I don't see the reification for any other alternative. People are just itching to get back out into the sunshine and move on with their lives. Everyone I talk to expresses how much they dislike being cooped up all day and yearn for a return to normalcy. They also acknowledge the dangers of the virus of course, but I think the first week of nice weather we had just says it all. Everybody is also worried how they're going to pay their bills, and if we all return to work before stimulus happens well that solves that problem. None of this is to say that's the end of it and things couldn't change with another spike of the virus or whatever.
