The last 5 minutes of the live briefing was hilarious. Trump touting Obamagate without even knowing what crime it involves. Then he runs away like someone discovered his taxes when someone from CNN wants to ask a question. I love that the world gets to see this stuff.

They weren't found guilty. They didn't answer the case at all so a default judgment was entered.

A less politicized media would applaud Senior Adviser Jared Kushner’s behind-the-scenes work to mitigate the impact of the Coronavirus. “But because Kushner is part of the Trump administration, and because the work he is doing is part of President Trump’s bold and comprehensive response to the Wuhan virus crisis, Kushner is attacked in a way that a member of a Democrat administration never would be,” Boris Epshteyn writes in Townhall.
For many Americans, especially in rural communities, access to high-speed broadband is essential now more than ever. Under President Trump, the Agriculture Department “is not letting-up in our strong effort to close the digital divide. We are using every resource available to us to bring this vital connection to rural homes, businesses and essential facilities,” Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue writes in The Detroit News.

I expect to see a lot more of this. Cops openly absconding from their duties of holding law and order and picking and choosing what they want to enforce. I foresee this being troublesome anytime they have a politician not on their political side ordering them to do something they think infringes on their rights. pigs is pigs

During revolutionary war smallpox outbreak, George Washington quarantined and inoculated his army, and burned ships and villages that we're infected. Our founding father actually founded quarantine.

Cool how Bernie Sanders didn't show up to vote on an amendment to a bill that would stop the government from reading your internet search history without a warrant. Oh the amendment failed by one vote.

I mean, the honest answer is because the government hasn't dealt with tech advancement since the 1800s. You should see what railroad commissioners are actually in charge of in a lot of states. Like, there's a fundamental flaw that the fed gov has to tackle with how it deals with tech before it can even start to adequately regulate big tech as an industry...

We're pretty much operating under a hodgepodge, shit show quilt of jurisdiction being based on whoever had to legally deal with shit like telephones, tvs and wire trade first.
