Isn’t gun ownerships obvious for any leftists with a brain? It’s such a messy climate to support gun ownership, so maybe it’s best lefty’s that are into guns stay relatively quiet. It’s nice that leftist theory lends itself to progressive thinking regarding social issues but...androgynous anime characters riding t-34s waving “eat the rich” flags aren’t helpful for anyone and are an embarrassment to the men and women who died fighting for labor rights. I probably want a 30.06 and a .22 handgun, since I have ammo for both. The .22 pistol process is state/county dependent. I can’t speak on Washington but the shop can definitely walk you through it. It may be the same as long guns, but you can find out online and the shop will gladly help you navigate any of it. Where I’m at you have to prove you need a pistol for safety, you’ve gotta get your application approved by the local pd, all on a concealed carry permit. Unless you know someone or you can prove you need it for protection due to your employment or extenuating circumstances, you’re likely SOL. |

If its a handgun, you gotta fill out a FBI background check and normally takes a week to come back. Once it does, the shop will can you and you just go in and take it home. |

A .22 ain’t going to do anything but make someone mad. .22LR and .22 WMR will do plenty if it's all you have. And a .22 is a great way to learn to shoot for cheap. Just keep in mind the reliability of rimfire guns is sketchy and they're a dirty cartridge. |

The Ruger 10/22 is a gun everyone should own if you plan on getting more into autoloading rifles, there are so many accessories for it. Plus, it's probably the most fun you can have for the least amount of money. Buy some tracers, go out in the middle of nowhere, and have a blast.
