Is insanely stupid. Contact tracing is a violation of civil liberties? The loss of jobs is because of "government fiat" (implying the epidemiologists and virologists were advising policy on a whim and not data)? Does he even know how these processes work? He speaks out about contact tracing but not about DeVos sponsored armed protests? Where is his critique of the President giving the nod to violent protests against democratically elected Democratic governors? That is authoritarianism.
