yeah tbh if health is your motivating factor don't be vegan, but if ethics are the main concern you can eat almost as healthy for almost as cheap. My problem is with people that claim to want to do it but aren't willing to put 5 minutes of effort into finding some incredibly google-able practical information

I had a landlord that was a Vietnam veteran and was in a dad motorcycle club. I inherited the place from some friends that lived there for a long time before me and the landlord didn't increase the rent once over like 15 years. I also got to make out a check to "WP Management" every month, so that was a guaranteed laugh at least once every 30 days. |

And that's still intentionally decseptive because the article is about a guy who wants to rent multiple units in the same property.
