The out there in the open / fucking obvious to anyone Russia-Trump stuff is IRA actively campaigning for Trump in 2016, Cambridge Analytica using hacked data caches to micro target voters on social media, and wikileaks distributing stolen communications provided by the FSB. All of these had direct coordination with the Trump 2016 campaign. Hand waving this stuff makes you sound like a fucking dummy. So just stop.
That said, you can really go full Pepe Silvia if you keep digging. Underneath this top level is a whole treasure trove of circumstantial evidence that paints a picture of a vast conspiracy linking billionaire fuckheads, right wing media outlets, the NRA, libertarian tech bro ghouls, and Russian organized crime. The weirdness of it all is the biggest reason why it hasn’t been seriously investigated or reported because just talking about it makes you sound like a quack. Also what’s the benefit of uncovering something like this when you could be killed with a car bomb like the reporter who worked on the Panama Papers or get shot twice in the head like Gary Webb?
My personal favorite crackpot theory is that Rudy has had ties to the Vory since the 80s when they helped him with his prosecution of the main LCN families in New York City in return for control of the narcotics pipeline to Europe. I’ve got zero hard evidence, and I’m pretty sure I’m wrong, but it does line up.

One more thing: just be critical of anything you read online and try to take a hard look at anything that you find agrees with your own worldview. I used to spend a lot of my own time unmasking shills and I just couldn’t keep up with it anymore. One well placed lie or manipulation will spread farther and faster than the truth and it will be picked up by well intentioned people who didn’t take the time to look it over or were caught up in the moment.
I really value you folks and your perspectives and this is probably the only place online that I don’t have to hold back as much as I usually do. So yeah, sorry to get mushy, keep being excellent.

Yeah I think outrightly denying that Russia played a part is dumb, but people completely blow it out of proportion at the same time.
Like I know for myself it fucking pisses me off that these people and the media put more importance on bots than the lives being directly affected by Putin. There's zero accountability on the Western leaders(and a lot of Democrats) who were supporting Ukraine when they tried to join the EU, but then completely abandoned them once they were being invaded by Russia.

Stoking and inflaming racial tensions through targeted legitimate fake news and social media campaign is a central tenet of Foundations of Geopolitics, and was part and parcel to getting Trump elected. Trump's babysoft position on Russia's annexation of the Crimea and promises of softening sanctions were the reason they wanted him. Russia mounted the same campaign for Brexit, and tried to do the same in France, stoking that country's racial tensions and trying to get Le Pen elected. Russia isn't fucking around; power is zero sum, and there is no reason to think Putin and the Kremlin aren't constantly jockeying for it, especially since their driving political ethos is spelled out, and has come to pass. |

Recognizing that Russia succeeded in converting innate racial animus in the conservative base into a voting bloc is different than acting like they created racism. The 2016 numbers showed a massive spike in first time voters which was a major reason Trump won. For every liberal that stayed home and didn't vote, there were two riled up Facebook info wars turds in line to vote in their place.
