I don't have ig at all.
5/3/1 is backed as are all its weird variants. I ran Juggernaut with some very good results kind of recently, thinking about doing it again after I finish this block. Also thinking about giving up on powerlifting lifts for a little and trying to work on agility/accessories.

i do a lot of shakes, but I feel like I need more "real" food, and im not a big fan of cooking

welp, i'm on mostly mobility work for the next 6 weeks to repair my back and re-learn how to lift. here's hoping i can still put up numbers once i get back to pushing weight and learning how to do some of it correctly

do i post my 405 squat vid here y/n post! probably won't get to touch this again for a while due to my recent injury/realization that my form over time has messed me up . my physical therapist found out i do butt wink, so i have to work on correcting that now before i can go big anymore.

Thanks! It sounds like it was a combo of a lot of things that lead to this, seems like it was a thing that would happen eventually and it finally did. I feel confident once I work on building up what’s weak (my left side and my core) then I’ll be back on the horse and getting injured way less hah (at least that’s what my trainer said)

For the quarantine trainers - Buy the jailhouse strong book if you want a shit ton of home workouts and some workout programs. works for vegans and non-vegans alike. It has really been kicking my ass the past few days
