i worked with a kid who used to smoke like hundreds of dollars in tobacco weekly and chew and velo and dip in between. he was a reformed coke head so he moved all his energy into nicotine. I got into the van with him one day and he had two grape dutches in the dash holster. i was like "yo are we smoking blunts after work??" and he looked at me like i was crazy and said "no??? i smoke these" and in defiance lit up a grape dutch master and smoked it to the end. some of the guys at work call him "paint chippies" because he looks like he is. who smokes blunts?

Found out earlier this week that TN legalized up to .9% thc so now they’re selling it in stores but from what I’m reading in here it could be more than that?

Sometimes schwag hit me in just the right way. For the people in states that have access to legal bud -- is there a interest for lower grade dense nuggs of fat buds outside of the price? Like, is there an equivalent to early '00 hipsters drinking PBR for dense nuggs of fat buds? i had a friend of my uncle's tell me, "i'm not a kid anymore, i don't want to get blasted", while we were smoking a joint andtalking about outr tastes.
it's also the buzz and your brain. my fav strain tests around high teens. the buzz just connects with me. what are you smoking for? if i smoke something "stronger" it will obv. feel different, but not necessarily "better".
i think it's better to try a bunch of strains and keep track of what you like and don't about them and look into their parentage. ppl who just chase high thc are missing out on the subtleties of different strains.

This is why I'm perfectly happy smoking upstate mids. Usually I'm looking to feel musically inclined, or intellectually curious, or sociable -- not glued to the fucking couch. Super high THC is cool every once in a while, but I'm not looking to dedicate time to it all that often. Also why I don't enjoy dabbing. |

i used to smoke blunts on the reg, a lot of them. obv filled with dense nuggs of fat buds though, smoking those as is would be nasty.
now my body has sorta rejected them, so any time i even try to smoke one, my mouth just gobs up with spit. it's gross.

It probably depends on when and where I am. I don't mind the couch melting sedated feel when it's late at night and I'm just watching a movie before bed, but I'd definitely prefer something that would keep me sociable if I'm at a show. That said, I always feel waaaaaay awkward when I'm stoned in public. When I speak words just don't come out right. Maybe that just means I need to do it more and become comfortable with it? |
