I order the ‘party pack’ because it’s the cheapest and it’s just a bunch of different eighths that I mix together. It def serves its purpose. Plus he delivers and gives me free gummies. I practically live on the same street as a dispensary too. It’s just much more expensivo.

My lungs, brain and especially my wallet could use the break, but the first couple weeks is always toughest. I honestly feel like I have a worse smokers cough when I'm trying to quit than when I'm actively smoking constantly. |

nah melatonin gives me insane nightmares every time, won't touch the stuff. way worse than the 3-7 days of weird and intense t-break dreams. i think i'm more prone to bad dreams in general than most people though for whatever reason, not sure why.

I take one gummie that's made for children and it does the trick nicely without any kind of residual effects the next day. But yeah, if it made me feel zonked the next day I wouldn't take it. On day 3 of my smoke break -- hang in there Lorm! It hasn't been too bad so far -- some difficulty getting to sleep, but nothing substantial.
It's not that I smoke that much. dense nuggs of fat buds just became a habit, rather than for fun. Like, I would read a book at night, hit the vape, take a drippini, and go to sleep. Sure, it was relaxing, but it got to the point where it just felt normal -- like I needed it as apart of my night time ritual. That, and I ended up smoking any time I had the opportunity, not because it was something that enhanced the experience.
My goal is to become a weekend smoker, or maybe just smoking while watching a movie/reading comics in the evening. I did the same thing with beer. I'd have a beer or two every day with dinner and it was really doing nothing for me. Switched to weekend drinking and it's a nice way to celebrate the weekend. Granted, it's still just a couple beers, I'm not blacking out.

I bought a timed lockbox and threw all my concentrates in there. It's just too tempting throughout the day and regular dabbing completely fucks my tolerance. Saturday morning that thing opens back up and then gets locked again on Sunday night until I stop thinking about it during the week.
Flower is still fair game but I just don't care about it as much.

dude i've had an e-nail setup for like 7 years and tbh i don't think i've used it in three years. before that, shit, i had a goofy ti nail setup rig that i used for ages.
moved back to flower as the dabs were getting expensive.

Especially the live resin carts Though I have had similar issues with edibles leading to a ridiculous tolerance and the need for massive doses. Pretty much have it worked out now so I use edibles (smaller doses) a few times a week and then just smoke the other nights. Seems to keep the T in check |
