I have to smoke a ton to get "high" and it's a real bummer. I had to start getting stuff delivered from a different dispensary altogether, because the manager of the last place was calling and personally delivering stuff and just getting real familiar. Once that starts, you know you're smoking too much lol.

With that said, I'm just gonna get into a same situation with this new dispensary lol

If you can stop the wake n bake (which sucks bc it's the best imo) then that's the biggest hurdle. After that is mid afternoon blues and night time is the final boss.

The good part is that as you slowly lose your tolerance you'll get way too high a few times and be like "this kinda sucks" and that's when it gets easier.

I'm basically a bowl/joint a day, which suits me fine. Not a big fan of morning highs because my whole day gets thrown off.

The pen part is the battery, so you just need that and a cart. 90% of the carts you'd see in a dispensary are 510 threaded and compatible, there are just a few brands that require a proprietary battery, and they're usually clearly listed on packaging

been smoking less in general lately, especially on weekdays. usually hit the bong after work, wait for my girl to get home, split an infused joint with her on da porch, then smoke one more bong after dinner/an hour before i hit the hay

I've totally screwed my tolerance and routine up. I've had lots of holidays and stretches where I've worked from home or while traveling this summer, so there's been lots of afternoon smoking and wake-and-bake situations. That's not typically my bag during the week, it's exclusively after 4-5pm for me, which I think's definitely shot my tolerance to shit.

One of my employees gave me two gummies yesterday that he said his friend made. I would be more weary but this guy is like 65 and so is his friend so they're probably decent. They look like blue gummie rolos. Will post when I'm high af dawgs.


I haven't smoked dense nuggs of fat buds in almost three weeks, trying to cut back cause all I do is fucking eat when I'm high.

Yes exactly me, but ive been working from home for 4 years haha (though I had two 9mo forced tolerance breaks in there).

wen't from barely smoking during the week to daily wake and bake. between all the money I'm spending on dense nuggs of fat buds and impulse shopping, it'd probably be cheaper to just go see a therapist at this point lol.

More and more doctors are agreeing that it’s not that detrimental and actually recommending it for people with severe morning sickness.

Same thing w drinking in moderation. Funnily enough there are 0 studies or research to suggest that either drinking or smoking is detrimental (im talking about casually, not binge drinking); there are actually multiple studies to the contrary that show that children of women who drank moderately during pregnancy have higher IQ and lower reports of behavioral issues (though that’s a whole other story about the level of education, self reporting, and socioeconomic standing for each group, and how that contributes but anyyyywaaayyyyy).

I'm a lightweight, which suits the pen perfectly.  Just a hit, maybe two, in the evening while reading/watching TV before bed.  Sometimes I'll sneak in a bike ride before work on Fridays, which isn't technically a wake-n-bake.  Sometimes on my early weekend rides, I'll smoke up, but that's it.

Recently made the switch from middle of the road hybrids to full on sativa.  The anxiety used to drive me nuts, but I'm fully embracing the paranoia for 15 minutes and it's been pretty smooth after that.

ive been workin from home for 4 years as well, and try my hardest not to hit the pen during "work hours", but it's hard not to spend most of the day sunbathing on the patio and gettin goofy.

I will say that pens are very economical as well.  Since I only take a hit or two a day, that shit lasts forever.

Joints are my favorite method, but I also find that with increased potency, it's just too much.  Does anyone mix their THC bud with CBD bud?  I feel like a half-n-half would be much easier to handle.

pens are fuckin bullshit.

carts are awful, and destroy my lungs, even the fancy terp sauce ones.

i will admit, when i first was rocking the g pen like 12 years ago, it was really fun to bring to shows and just blow clouds and nobody knew wtf was happening.

but i've had so many different setups, and nothing ever compares to a proper dab or bong hit.
