I wasn't around for the MoviePass heyday but it's the best bang for your buck subscription I ever sighned up for.
I had my bag loaded with snacks and some Polar bubble water.

I always thought the gentle parenting thing was complete bullshit, but I recently stopped trying to control shit and just engage them in the craziness... surprising results. That said, I never had siblings -- all the bickering sends me over the edge.

But I’ve been doing a bunch of chores today cuz we’re traveling to my hometown tomorrow and staying there for the weekend. So it’s really my own fault, but it feels nice to complain for a bit. Right now they’re drawing so it’s pretty nice and chill right now :) |

what are the upsides of having kids anyway? I guess if they take care of you someday when you're old then there's an eventual payoff after 40-50 years but prior to that I really don't see the point.
