Yo, I have the BEST mail carrier. I get a lot of records in the mail. She knows what they are and always makes sure they are tucked in a spot that's covered from rain/snow and shaded from sun. She usually leaves a milk-bone for the dog too, so he also loves when records come now. Aww that is so cool! Honestly in the 20+ years I’ve been getting records in the mail I’ve only had a problem with that one dude. His old lady was clearly banging someone else or something. I still back the USPS |

Had to tell him I’m definitely not a Scientologist cause we kept getting mail from them.

Got an OG copy of Everclear-Sparkle And Fade. It came with a 7" that has a Tom Petty cover. Sparkle and Fade top 5 alt album from the 90s imo.

I bought the Plastic Love single LP from play-asia for 30 bucks. My thought process for justifying the price was like "Oh this is just a novelty so of course it is expensive". However, this was one of the best sounding records I have ever spun. I was blown away by how high quality it was that I actually think it was worth the 30 bucks.

My Malignant Altar LP showed up today, so I thought I'd do a "last two months" pic.  Get Better actually accidentally sent me a FU Demo 7" even though I didn't order one. I ended up mailing it back because I thought they accidentally switched it with my Epics in Minutes LP order. They ended up sending me two LPs too, kinda weird. So, if anyone wants one (orchid color), I'm happy to mail it for just the cost of shipping. Apparently, I also ordered the Rough Trade version (the one in the pic), because that also arrived. |
